The lease term for the unit is a 1-year minimum but you can offer up to 2 years max. The building has a move-in fee of $200 Monday to Friday and $300 for Saturday moves. There are no Sunda moves and fees are subject to change. There is a building lease fee of $250 that the tenant will be responsible for and the owner is collecting a $500 non-refundable admin fee instead of a security deposit. Renter's insurance is required. No pets are allowed and there is no smoking or vaping allowed in the unit. There is an application fee of $65 per applicant.
